It is owned by Diganta Media Corporation, which also owned the Satellite TV Channel Diganta. The Daily Nayadiganta is a Pro Islamic Newspaper and supports Jammat E Islami. The Daily Nayadiganta’s founder and editor are Alamgir Mohiuddin. It's Executive Editor is Salahuddin Babar and Senior Assistant Editor (Editorial Chief) is Masud Majumder.
