Nigeria had notice of Boko Haram attack, states Amnesty

Nigerian security forces were conscious that an armed convoy of Boko Haram militants was approaching the city of Chibok almost four hours prior to the extremist’s kidnapped 300 women from the school within the town, Amnesty Worldwide has said.

The safety council could blacklist Boko Haram and impose specific sanctions on people from the group, diplomats said.
